The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Arlington, VA) in Jun 2010
Interview
Deloitte was very professional in setting up the phone screening. I submitted my resume through a collegue working at Deloitte and the recruiter called two days later. We scheduled the interview the following morning. The interview was about 30 minutes. I was very unclear about how the interview was going throughout the process as the recruiter was clearly reading from a script - which made it difficult to interject with thoughtful questions and replies to her questions. While they did not offer me a position they were very quick with the response, 2 days. I received a call from the recruiter who told me that there wasn't a match at this time.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
