Interview
Online tests, which require the ability to make prudent and precise decisions. Numerical and verbal skills are necessary. Online video interviews show one's ability to solve problems. My case study involved the merger of two oil companies, one multinational and one Nigerian.

They required me to write an email to a colleague.
Pretty straightforward process overall. Started with a group interview where we worked through a case/activity as a team and discussed our ideas.
Then there was a one-on-one interview with a presentation. It was quite conversational and the presentation was pretty causal as well.
The standardised tests involved comparing many really similar scenarios which felt a bit pointless. The interviewer asked me for a presentation about the pros and cons of AI but when I was discussing the environmental harm they steered me away from the cons.

There were four to five stages of application process, including a group interview and one on one interview. One on one interview involved answering a case study depending on what role you applied for.
