Interview
It was a 2 stage process where both of them were technical rounds and if we crack both the rounds we get the offer. First round would be to test the basic knowledge of SNOW and second round was more specific and small details were questioned.

there is an L1 rounds where they ask basics of servicenow by checking your resume and later if u clear it u will be eligible for L2 rounds where they have asked scripting questions and integration process

Had only one round of interview where they asked questions about my experience and about things mentioned in my resume, General Servicenow questions ,Java script, integrations and service catalog. I would say, it was neither difficult nor easy, just be prepared to answer questions about your own experience.
