Interview
After the initial resume screening, I got an Invite to the Round 1 case interview. This round consisted of 2 interviews, one behavioral and the other case. Because I was aligned to BTA role, I was given a tech case. The cases on Deloitte's website are very similar and alike. The second round was conducted later that week and I was notified a day before(as mentioned by the recruiter earlier). The second round consisted of the same format of interviews.

Question 1
Technology case regarding the adoption of new tech solutions. Identify stakeholders, methodology, risks, and further implementation strategies.
Screening, HR round, and interview round were smooth. The interviewers were very supportive and motivating. I felt nervous during the process, but they helped me stay calm without any discouragement
Full behavioral screen, very nice recruiters and interviewers and a clearly explained process. Quick turnaround on everything and you will get a call regardless of getting the job or not.

Interview
It was very nice and competitive. The questions asked were real life based scenario and how a manager should take decision in times of crisis. The question gives you a situation to analyze and as a manager we have think of the whole company as well as the financials and take the decisions.
