I got the skype interview through a recruiter. A panel of 3 were taking the interview 2 had webcams on, and 1 was on the telephone. Those two persons were on mute and talking to each other, creating distractions for me think through the questions. Very unprofessional, not thorough enough while answering the questions to get the overview of the position.
