I have applied through LinkedIn and after 3 days I have received a from Hr and next week I have scheduled for a face to face interview. Interviewer was very professional and polite. He asked me about past experiences and research methodologies
The interview was online, however it was intellecually stimulating. The interviewers were friendly, but professional at the same time. The VP of the department was there as an interviewer as well.

Interview
Two online interviews. Asked me what I would do in certain situations but mainly talked about my resume and experience with research. Overall, the managers were so nice and also asked me questions about my personal and school life.
