Interview
I received a call for phone screening and was required to do an online assessment after that. Interview invitation was sent after I passed the assessment.
The interview was a one on one interview with an audit partner. It lasted for about 1 hour. The audit partner was really friendly. Basically, questions being asked were trying to gauge if I am a team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills and how likely I could take the stress from long working hours and working with people. Instead of being asked a lot of questions, the interview involved more in telling about myself and my past experiences.

Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
