Online interviews with a lot of technical questions with zero to less information from the resume provided by candidates, but it was quite a good experience overall. Need to prepare a lot before the interview.

Interview
It was a 4 round process, first it was by manager then senior manager then director and lastly by HR, HR round is much like a formality. There were like 5-6 interviewer each having their own benchmark, so it was more of a luck who interviews you. Also interview was not well managed some cleared their all four round in 2 hours some have to wait for 5 hours even for there second round.
Apply through Deloitte Careers but its better if you connect with HR personnel through linkedin. HR will then call you informing you about the position and usual introduction questions. Afterwards, two rounds of interview from HR, then one with audit heads. It takes about two to three weeks from initial interview to Job offer meeting.
Pretty good overall! the interviewer was very warm and polite and made me feel really welcome. it was a good interview, i thought i would land the role but they picked someone with experience aligned with big4.
