Interview
There were two rounds of interviews. The first round consisted of a behavioral interview, and the second round consisted of a behavioral and a case based interview. The interviews were conducted by both managers, and a partner/principal within the business. The interview was fairly straightforward but Deloitte is very selective, so although the interview may seem as though it went well, you would need to really stand apart from your peers. That is the biggest challenge.

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
