Interview
The selection process consist of 3 rounds. First the aptitude round which consists of the verbal ability, quantitative ability and logical section. A good preparation for various competitive exams in india will be sufficient to crack the exam.
Next round consist of the case study round which is a difficult round. Here you will be given to analyze a particular case and first you have to discuss the various aspects of the case along with your group members and then prepare a presentation of the same in a chart paper. Then you have to present that in front of the panel along with the group members. Note that the panel members might ask you questions based on that particular case.
Final round consist of the interview round. There may be one or two rounds of interview depending on the panel. Also the questions asked will be mostly HR type but a few technical questions related to oops or C programming might be asked depending on the panel. So be prepared. The only thing that is necessary is to be Confident!

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
