There was a 1st interview with some basic questions about my background. The second phase was a group interaction during all day. The third interview was only a talk deciding which department would be the best for me according to my skills. It's important for you to show confidence.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
