Interview
Not to difficult, all interviewers were nice! There are 4 rounds: assessment (Excel, numerical, logical, english language knowledge) tests, HR interview, managers interview and partner interview. I have had average results from tests, but got an offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Aug 2025

It is a discussion about your way of thinking in different scenarios (from uni, previous work, social intercations). It is important to constantly show them that you want that position. Be relaxed!

Question 1
Describe one of your hardest challanges and how did you overcome it?
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Cluj-Napoca) in May 2025
Interview
There were 3 steps: the first one was a discussion with the HR to get to know me better, the second step was a maths and economics based test on the Gorilla platform and the third and final step was an interview with the manager and other staff from the team.
