Motivations and strength based. Generally straightforward. It is very important to show passion about working at deloitte. it helps to talk with people working at the company before going into an interview.

Interview
Was asked many general behavioral questions in the first leg. The second leg was very conversational, however, my interviewer seemed to not care and even mentioned that it was her 5th interview of the day.
In person interview with a 30 minute behavorial with an analyst. Another 30 minute interview back to back with either a more senior analyst or partner. Not many technicals other than maybe knowing basic accounting procedures
