There was a Big 4 Forum at my school. It is essential for any interested applicants to attend to so you can meet with the recruiters and managers. After that, you applied online and the recruiters and hiring managers would select the candidates from the pool. The first interview was on-campus with two interviewers. The second interview was on-site at Deloitte with two interviewers as well.

Describe a situation when you had a conflict with your team.
It was an on campus placement interview, they mostly asked about my CV and personal achievements. Some questions were regarding basics of accounting like principles of accounting and treatment of depreciation and other items in all 3 statements.

about my prior internship experience and how i developed myself through it.
5 rounds of interview - 1 HR, 2 technical, 1 Versant (english understanding and communication) & 1 Partner. Partner round can be technical or general depending upon your partner. Questions can range from "why audit" to core accounting and auditing questions
the interview was very conversational. entry level position is not technical at all but you should bring in experience anyways. didn’t get the position but interviewers seemed very laid back and were probably taking the interview from their phone
