Had an initial written proctored test, an interview with the manager and then an interview with the director, all of this happened within 3-4 business days
The questions were basic getting to know you kind, nothing technical was asked

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
