Typical interview questions, nothing too tricky or challenging. The video interview was completed in less than 30 minutes. It had around 5 questions with scenario based questions towards the end.

Question 1
One time where I faced a conflict between two team members.
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Milan) in May 2026

Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
