Initial communication was brief and seemed systematic. Upon arrival, more than 30 people waiting to be interviewed in a lunch area. No body was guiding on waiting period. Disappointed bec some of us had come from very far. Advice to management- Could overhear current staff bad mouthing your company. Distasteful. Maybe you should not make people wait for hours...

Hiring process is very good but I didn't like one thing- they didn't bother about your Portfolio. Why? How do u decide the person's eligibility and their knowledge about the work profile?.by assuming things? I'm sorry this isn't how an interview is taken. Do you have good Hr teams? i dont think so.
