Received a phone call from HR that asked me to prepare a deck for a scenario question before heading to have an interview. After that, I didn't receive any feedback or call after submitting the deck. The experience is bad, I'm not sure if they are collecting decks from other and rolling out their strategies without cost.

Interview
I met with the Commercial Director for a first round interview. I was then told by a recruiter that they had filled the Head of Sales role but wanted to interview me for another senior role. I attended a 2nd interview with two operations members who thought they were interviewing me for the head of sales role. I then completed a couple additional interviews with the UK team. I had to follow up the recruiter for feedback - and they never got back to me. Completely turned me off from the company as a whole. A huge waste of time.
