Processo molto facile. primo colloquio telefonico nel quale mi hanno spiegato la posizione e il ruolo che avrei ricoperto. secondo colloquio in videochiamata. Molto bello, mi hanno messo subito a mio agio. Mi hanno fatto domande semplici ma analitiche, volevano vedere come ragiono. è durato circa 1 ora

The interviewees were nice and the HR called me and gave me some tips before the interview. Although I did not get the job I will try again in the future. You can ask any question before and after the interview.

Interview
I got contacted the next day I applied to arrange a skype interview. When the recruiter contacted me, he seemed in a very busy place (his open space) with little internet connection, and appeared to be not very focused. He eventually decided to switch to a phone call instead of a skype face-to-face interview, but we still couldn't hear each other quite well because of the very loud background noise. I somewhat lost interest during our conversation. Decided not to move forward.
