Why Deliveroo?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deliveroo (Manchester, England) in Mar 2022
Interview
2 interviews, both remotely, with 1 scenario-based interview.
Both interviews lasted one hour each and the recruiters and future colleagues were very supportive.
The reply after the interview came very quickly, I think it was actually the next day.

Question 1
What would you do the improve the picking time in a supermarket from an operational perspective?
Initial phone interview with a junior member of the team. Was initially going to be two people but switched to one. Not a huge amount of structure to the call, more of a general chat with the occasional more direct question.

Question 1
Do you prefer to work independently or collaboratively
I applied online. Received an `email to set up a phone interview. The telephone interview was very quick and rushed, I felt like more questions could have been asked in order to know more about my skills and so on. Of course, I never heard from them again, not even a rejection email.
