Interview consisted of a standard phone screen and two interview loop, Phone screening, interview team manager, interview with team.
1st interview with manager was more of a discussion/determine fit within the org.
2rd interview with the team was was a bit chaotic. It had three parts presumably one part for each interviewer. First part was regarding my background, second focused on customer experience scenarios and the third part was focused on my technical abilities specifically regarding Linux.
Many of the questions were poorly written and difficult to understand context without further clarification. Compared to other interviews, this one felt extremely unprofessional.
This was by far one of the most negative experiences I had during a full loop interview process. They didn't even feel it was necessary to follow up with me after wasting 3-4 hours in total of my time. Incredibly unprofessional.
