Interview process is too long , probably I had to spend 2.5hrs attending online psychometric test, analysis,logical reasoning.Then you have to meet the Business Head Founder where lot of basic product manager question will be asked which took another 2hrs I got cleared but they took 2weeks to decide.Very weak HR team as everything depends on the founder,which he has got typical mindset Again they called me for a F2F discussion with HR , which took 1hour and to my surprise the HR team told me there will be another round of discussion with BH. This time , the BH took 3hrs of my time by asking top 25product manager questions with explanation.Seriously these guys don't have any clue on how product manager will work and it is not the right place for a product guy to step in. Better save your time by not attending the interview.Very small office,where microscopic monitoring was happening .STAY AWAY from this company
