They invited a group of people and played Psychological games to observe an individual, and in the end, they had a 10-minute -skill-based interview one-on-one. Another day they invited for safety training and contract paper sign.

In person interview — very nice manager. Great interview. Was asked general questions and felt very comfortable. After having worked there the main issue would be with upper management - standards are too high for job position.
