Deel responded quickly and the interviews went great (I passed all stages)! I was absolutely keen to get any kind of answer and I was also waiting for the bad news. But I wasn't expecting to get ANYTHING back! After such a positive wave of impressions, I was promised to get a response slowly, but they'll get back to me. Two weeks passed nothing. So I got back to HR and still nothing. Waited another two weeks, called back again, and still nothing... It was indeed a negative experience and I'm really sad that such a welcoming and innovative business can leave candidates on the side of the road without any response...

Everything went quite smoothly, the response time between email exchanges was on point, the people were really open and honest in their feedback towards myself included, which is something I highly appreciate. It was a pleasure discussing with everyone, and I'm especially happy that the interview sessions concluded with me hopping aboard.
