My process at the beginning was going really good, they were quick at contacting me and the first interview went pretty well (although it was rescheduled last minute). I passed into the second round, which consisted on a 3 hour business case which was tough but I thought I did well. I send it on a .zip, following the indications. I did not receive any response for the following four weeks. I even wrote to the person responsible of my process and received no feedback. Once they replied four weeks later, it was to tell me to send the file again since they were unable to open it. After another week of waiting I receive a reply that they will not be moving forward with the process. They did not provided any feedback on my business case even though I dedicated three hours to do it. The worst part is that I tried to reply to the person who sent me the last email asking for feedback and I got an automatic Out of Office response. I have been applying to many jobs and getting rejections is something normal, however I sincerely feel the process was managed in a sloppy way and really unprofessional. I believe that if someone is dedicating more than five hours applying for a job at least they deserve to get some feedback so future applciations might go better. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
