There were 4 main steps: 1. Intro with a recruiter; 2. Tech interview with a lead designer; 3. Case study(ies) review with a lead designer and a product manager; 4. Interview with the design director. Deel did really well giving quick detailed responses after each step and providing context about the next steps. Before doing the case study review, I was given a few advises on preparation and the do's and don'ts. So, overall the process went quickly and smoothly comparing to other companies I interviewed.
Fast contact. Prepare a good case of study to present to leads and managers and be prepared for questions and follow up. Was nice to receive a follow up of my interview and know better leads and managers

Teve uma entrevista com a recruiter inicialmente, depois passei pra próxima com um Lead designer e a apresentação do case com o mesmo Lead Designer e mais um Senior Designer.

Qual foi o projeto de maior impacto na sua carreira?
It was pretty average, with a talk to the HR person, then a talk with the Head of design, a case presentation about one of your previous works and a last one for a possible offer.
