Initial video interview discussing the company, their goals and tasks and how my skills and experience would align. Followed by take home design exercises (not paid). Was only given 3 days (given Tuesday, due Friday) which is quite inconsiderate for people who might have jobs or other responsibilities. After submission, there was zero response or even acknowledgement - just completely ghosted.
