first physical test and den personal interview..in phisical test two round is dere for to test physical ability.. n in presonal intervier they chek ypurself..there is a recruitment day and its fun, sporty, you get chance to experience the real culture of the company. its important becuz some ppl say they are sporty but are not in reality. this is the best way to tell the real character of a person. i made some friends also on the same day. they take good care and i felt the people who were watching were looking for team players more than anything
the interview process started to be decent where i formally introduced myself and spoke to the interviewer and later they started asking questions, but it felt like they are not even interested to interview anyone..

sono stato contattato tramite l'università. la giornata di selezione ha previsto la presentazione dell'azienda e della posizione aperta, successivamente un simulazione di gruppo con altri candidati per osservare il comportamento in una situazione pratica e successivamente (nel corso della stessa giornata) un colloquio singolo.

Fourth Round : Live Our Life Program
Three - Four Days Life at Decathlon Branch
They will assign you to a specific department like CRM, Sales etc
And then INTERN and Final Call
