2 stages: a screening call, followed by an in-person interview. The screening call seemed highly standardised. The questions did not seem relative to the role. Like, what is your biggest weakness? 6 days' notice for an in-person interview was a little short.

What is your biggest weakness? What is your biggest strength? Why would you be a good fit?
Great, had fun. Clear and simple. Gotta plan for a couple of hours to be done. Pack some pt clothes and a bottle of water. Have your lunch earlier. Its a group interview so don't be shocked about it.
Was dynamic and tough but fair. People seem kind and friendly and very active the whole time it looked like a good place to work for friendly people. Plus side is in front of a beach which is relaxing during break time
