Dawn Aerospace interview questions

Zoom call then progressing to multiple in person interviews and a "test". I was informed that it was down to me and one other candidate, to which the recruiter informed me at one stage that the other candidate had failed the test ( discussing such things is wrong ). The position was then put on hold and i was asked to keep in touch. Which i did, one email per 6 weeks or so. Only one of which i received a reply to. Stating they would ask some questions and get back in touch (They never did) the exact same role was re advertised and i asked if i should re apply.. I received no answer yet again. So i re applied and again and yet again no answer. After 3 in person interviews/meetings and a string of prior emails i found this highly un professional and show a lack of respect and common decency. I am no longer interested in Dawn and have heard similar experiences form other people here in Christchurch. Would not recommend.

Applied online through the company website. I was invited to an interview with HR. I was told during the interview that they saw no reason why we couldn't proceed with the hiring process and that they would contact me within 24 hours to arrange the next step. I never heard from them again.
