I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Davenham Switchgear (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Many questions asked. Welcoming but not enough information given about job. Asked alot of questions about history but easy going. Guy was sound. But hard to grasp exactly what role was being advertised. Lads seemed sound. lots of polish working there. Not many Irish men there.
I interviewed at Davenham Switchgear (Nottingham, England)
Interview
The interview process began with a phone interview conducted by the Human Resources Administrator to discuss my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a face-to-face interview with the Hiring Manager, which focused on my technical skills, previous experience in manufacturing environments, and problem-solving abilities. The process was professional, clear, and informative.
