Interview
The interview is much more easygoing. But it can vary with the seniority of the job title.
There will be a panel of the department charge of the position you are applying for, then the Director, Sometimes with extarnal like University Professor, and sometimes the MD himself sits in the panel.

They asked about my experience in research and analytics. Using scenarios and data quality, they asked my understanding of the steps of research methodologies. Also, their was publication questions.
