I was referred by a classmate who had just joined Dataminr. The process was extremely quick and the HR person who contacted me was more than helpful. She remained with me every step of the way and texted me after interviews to congratulate me on my performance. They took into consideration that I had received an offer at another organization and sped up the process. The interviews were more like relaxed conversations. It is an opportunity to present your knowledge about your region or area of focus, and to talk about it with potential future co-workers. When I excused myself from consideration due to personal reasons, the whole HR team was very understanding and invited me to re-apply if I changed my mind in the future. I have no doubt that I will.
