Interview
I only completed the HR interview and was rejected afterward without a clear reason. I contacted the HR representative for clarification, but the response was vague. I was told they were looking for someone with technical experience, which I do have. However, my technical skills were never assessed during the process.

The process starts with a call with the Talent Acquisition team, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Then, two data scientists assess technical skills through a use case and technical questions.
I applied through the company’s website and received an email from the HR recruiter a couple of weeks later to schedule a meeting. The initial HR interview focused on discussing my motivations, professional background, and confirming the job requirements. Shortly after, I received a rejection email stating that they were looking for someone fluent in the local language in addition to English.
