I got passed around multiple recruiters to find a matching team as I directly applied to a product I was not a good fit for. This lead to three rounds. Every round came with preparation and questions calls from the recruiter and a list of resources to prepare. You know what they will ask, what they expect to see, and what to start working on (system design resources, leetcode links) I have been especially impressed with the recruiter reactivity. He came back to me with feedback after every call, what to improve for the next and looked for teams I would be genuinely interested in for the last round. The managers and engineers I met with were interesting folks that cared about their product so good advertisement on their part. An overall great experience despite the three months it took, that led me to sign with them.
