I’ve been ghosted by the SA West team, after spending over 20h in the process including coding assignment, many 1:1s, and panel, they simply ghosted me even after I reached out to the recruiter and hiring manager. If I am willing to go through the process and putting these many hours, I’d have expected at least a call to tell me that they wouldn’t extend me an offer, unprofessional team.
Tough and long interview process. Involved rigorous research and presentation round. Despite that it was hard to stay around due to toxic Quota attainment. Prepare well to get through multiple rounds of stress and anxiety

Interview
Went through the phone interview process. Was provided with the homework assignment which took significant amount of time to put together. I did not hear a word about my project’s feedback even when I followed up with the recruiter.
