Interview process was long, had a great many stages. I understand that's the "best" way to filter candidates but if I happened to have been in another interview process at the time I would not have continued with Datadog's process. The interviews consisted of: - Recruiter Screen - Coding Interview - Take Home Assignment - System Design - Coding Interview - Hiring Manager They provide detailed feedback between rounds, which is great. In general I think I did well and the interviewers were nice and accommodating. The exception for me was the hiring manager interview, which felt like just a "going thought the steps" kind of interview instead of a conversation. The interviewer also implied I was lying in my resume, which is not true, but perhaps poor english made it seem so. From that point on I felt out of it, which inevitably meant it went terribly. Overall good experience, outside that last interview of course.
