DataTorrent Curriculum Developer (Contract) interview questions

Was contacted by a senior executive at the company. We both scheduled and confirmed a first phone call and the executive was not even ready for the first call when I called. The executive then said that they would call me back in 10 minutes and did not even do that. Not a very good way to make a first impression as 30 minutes of my day was completely wasted (without pay) as I waited by the phone for the so called "executive" to call me. Then they told me via email that I would have to give them 3 hours of unpaid time if I was to secure a contract with them. I then told the executive to go kick rocks. After all, you wouldn't go into a barber shop and tell the barber they had to interview with you for 3 hours (unpaid) before cutting your hair, right?
