The interview process at DarbTech was well-organized and structured. It began with a technical assessment on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank, which served as a screening step. After passing the test, I was invited to a first interview focused on my background and CV. I was then given a practical task to complete and present in a second interview, which took place about one to two weeks later. The third and final interview covered administrative topics, including paperwork and the contract.
