Danale interview questions

First of all, I am operating under the assumption that this company is Danale (http://www.danale.com/) based in Irvine. From the looks of it, Danal/e is also in China and San Jose. So I applied for the Patent Agent position and received an email from their HR recruiter to set up a 20 min phone interview. After a few emails back and forth we settled on a time and date for that interview. Surprised to say that I did not receive a call from the recruiter. This was my first time being blown off by a recruiter. So the next day I emailed the recruiter to see what happened, maybe the position was filled. Nope, there was some meeting that ran too late so he apologized and we set up another time/date to have the phone interview. Needless to say I didn't get a call, again!. Strike two. Not going to give this guy a third chance because there wasn't even a follow up email about why he did not call. Advice to the execs of this company, you should get a new recruiter if you want to hire new talent. Good luck.
