Interview
Found him through a recruiter. He even warned me that Damon is a tough interviewer. I met with him and two members of his team. He did all of the talking and we went through my portfolio and what I did at my last job. Overall he came across as incredibly arrogant and rude. His two employees basically said nothing during the interview and looked like they were scared of him.
Very friendly but didn’t lead anywhere. Was prompt and organized in scheduling the interview and was understanding / accommodating on the time because he understood you’re still working and that company doesn’t know you’re interviewing elsewhere.

Always be prepared to answer why you’re leaving your current job - Damon was interested to know why I was looking to leave and what my experience that came from that job was. Go in with the knowledge and resources you learned and be open to sharing.
