The interview processes was in several phases. They called me and did a first round, after I cleared that process, they invited me in for a face to face where they explained the training program and how it is structured and then they did a third round screening before making their selection.

Question 1
How would your best friend describe your best and worst quality?
I applied online. I interviewed at Dallas Roadshows
Interview
I was called a couple days after submitting my resume to set up a one on one interview with one of the managers. The interview was brief and direct, asked questions about my previous experience, what I could bring to the table, why I chose the company and then went over major points of what is to be expected. After the initial interview I went to my 2nd round interview, which was located inside of a retail store. I got to observe one of the marketing campaigns there and got more information about the company growth and pay structure. In the 2nd round interview I was asked about previous experience again and why I would be a good fit for them. This took about 45 minutes to an hour. The final 3rd round interview was over the phone and very quick, basically asked if I had any questions and if I understood everything that was gone over.

Question 1
What are some things about yourself that you want to improve on, personal and work related?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dallas Roadshows (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
I submitted my application online and was contacted by an HR representative two days later. She asked to setup a phone interview with one of the managers and I was scheduled for the next afternoon. The manager called on time and asked a few questions about my resume then basically read off a script of the company's projects and clients. I felt like I was being given a sales pitch and I didn't have the opportunity to ask any questions of my own. I set up an interview the next week but had a family emergency come up so I was not able to attend. I called HR twice, leaving two messages, and then emailed them about rescheduling. No one got back to me.
My friend also set up a phone interview a few days before mine but they never called.

Question 1
None, I wasn't really asked about my experience of anything. Basic resume questions and the whole process took 7 minutes. She said only 8% moved on to the next round of interviews but I felt like they didn't have enough information about me to determine that.
