I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at DRW (London, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
They do not care about you. They give no feedback and waste your time. Do not interview here if you want to be respected. They give unnecessary online tests which they do not even check or mention. Furthermore one of my interviewers had severe social anxiety and interrupted me in the middle of my first answer to ask me a mental arithmetic question as a form of "test", and completely ignored my answer to the initial question he asked. Do not waste your time interviewing here. The culture seemed miserable with my interviewers complaining about their long shifts to me.
I applied online. I interviewed at DRW (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2025
Interview
Decently tough, not as hard as some other quant firms. Focus on stats and probability questions, betting games, less focus on computer science questions for the trader and quantitative trader roles.

What things would you want to monitor regarding an algo
