Terrible experience, the recruiter knew nothing about industry, the role and was just overall really not knowledgeable about what we do as artists. Explains the further how this company has had such a downfall over last 2 years.

I applied online. I had 2 Zoom interviews. One pre-screening interview by HR and one by department supervisor and HR. Each interview takes around 10 minutes. Overall very casual and straight forward.
