I saw their ad on your standard job website, and I sent them my resume and a link to my portfolio. It took them about two weeks to respond and ask for and interview. I met with both with the lead interior designer and the business manager. They have a very positive, group atmosphere there. (They even have a dog in the office!) They explained a bit about the firm, almost answering all of the questions that I had for them! I showed them my portfolio, and explained to them my design projects. They were very kind and receptive to me and my designs.
