Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DISH Network (Denver, CO) in Oct 2022
Interview
Simple and straight forward, scanning, then hiring manager then panel interview. Also I had a 15 min interview with the department head just to make sure I'm a good fit for the team. The process is quick relatively but I wonder why after all interviews I had to take some tests. usually this comes at the beginning I think before wasting everyone's time
