DISH Network interview questions

The process consisted of 4 assessments and 4 rounds of interviews. Process was overkill and made the job seem very unappealing. I would not reccomend pursuing this company. Nothing about the application process was positive.

Simple and straight forward, scanning, then hiring manager then panel interview. Also I had a 15 min interview with the department head just to make sure I'm a good fit for the team. Took 3-4 weeks from applying to getting an offer. The process is quick relatively but I wonder why after all interviews I had to take some tests. usually this comes at the beginning I think before wasting everyone's time
