The interview process included an initial HR screening, followed by two interviews with four people from different roles, a technical case study, and a short conversation with the hiring manager.
The interviews mainly covered standard questions about my background and the role itself. While the team was professional, my overall impression is that the process was unnecessarily long, especially considering the lack of meaningful feedback afterward. Additionally, the position was reposted only a few days after I was informed that I had not been selected.
The technical case focused on typical Product Owner responsibilities, including feature organization, roadmap planning, and writing user stories, along with a few additional details. In my opinion, the case did not appear to have been reviewed thoroughly before the discussion, which made the exercise feel somewhat unproductive and ultimately like a poor use of time.
