Phone call. Technical interview. I bombed the technical interview (nerves) so I did not expect a call back but after the interview the company ghosted me. A simple thanks but no thanks would have been suffice. It shows me what kind of team they really are so I am glad I did poorly.

After the initial screening, I had a coding/technical interview, then a project which I presented at the final interview. The coding interview was more relaxed than expected -- the rest of data science team joined, but they made sure to not make it feel like an overwhelming whiteboard style interview. The final project definitely allowed me to highlight my skills while not being too much of a time dump (they asked me to spend a couple hours max on it). Overall I felt the interview process allowed them to gauge my skills, allowed me to determine fit/ the teams skills, and respected my time -- which I really appreciated. I do wish they got back to me a little bit quicker after the final interview, as I had other offers on the line, but it was definitely one of my best interview experiences!
