Had a quick phone interview with HR, followed by a phone interview with the head grower. Ended up being asked back for a third interview, and didn't get any response back.

They wanted me to come in for a 5-hour working interview where I would be helping customers and pushing merchandise unpaid which I'm pretty sure is illegal And after reviewing the labor laws it is. Unless I am doing a skills test they are supposed to pay people and a 5-hour working interview is something that needs to be paid for without especially a guarantee of employment after.
