Interview
The interview process consisted of two tests, one skills test and one practical test. I also had two face to face interviews at the Chichester office which were quite informal discussions about my skills and experience. It took about three weeks in total with some good communication and feedback from D3R throughout.

Interview
I had an inital interview, followed by a 2 part test & follow up interview (each interview lasting about an hour). I was made to feel very welcome at all stages, which really helped make the whole process as stressless as an interview can be!
